A plane-spotter in Germany has captured amazing footage of planes landing in fierce crosswinds.

A video featuring spectacular airliner landings during strong winds at Dusseldorf Airport in Germany has gone viral, clocking up more than 1.5 million views less than three weeks.
The video, shot by German Martin Bogdan and posted to his ‘Cargospotter’ YouTube account, shows a number of airline jets attempting to land during strong crosswinds, one after the other, shot from the front of the runway.
Due to the strong winds, the jets approach the runway at unusual angles, occasionally tilting to compensate as they come in to land.

Expert says that trips are still a necessity even if money is tight for a lot of people.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska Denali National Park officials say reservations for shuttle buses and campgrounds for the 2012 visitor season will be taken beginning Thursday.
Reservations can be made online or by telephone, fax or mail for the buses and the park’s four largest campgrounds.
Park officials say about 65 percent of the shuttle bus seats are available for advance reservations and so are 100 percent of campsites at Riley Creek, Teklanika River, Wonder Lake and Savage River campgrounds.
